We provide free delivery on our basins to mainland UK. Deliveries to Europe are £29.95. All of our basins are delivered by well-established and reliable courier services.

For in stock items delivery to the UK is within 7 working days.
Delivery to Europe is within 7-14 working days.
As all of our basins are handmade, items that are out of stock will be subject to a 4-6 week lead time.

When the courier delivers your basin, please check the basin for damage whilst the courier is there and, in the unfortunate event that the basin has been damaged in transit, please complete the paperwork making note of this and send an email to us, or telephone on 07768 076523, the same day to sales@africanbasins.co.uk advising us of the damage.
