Delivery Charges:

• We provide free delivery within the UK
• Delivery to Europe is £29.95

Delivery Time:

• For in stock items delivery to the UK is within 7 working days.
• Delivery to Europe is within 7-14 working days.
• As all of our basins are handmade, items that are out of stock will be subject to a 4-6 week lead time.

On Delivery: All of our basins are delivered by well-established and reliable courier services. When the courier delivers your basin, please check the basin for damage whilst the courier is there and, in the unfortunate event that the basin has been damaged in transit, please complete the paperwork making note of this and send an email to us, or telephone on 7768 076523, the same day to sales@africanbasins.co.uk advising us of the damage. Returns Information: In stock items delivered within 7 working days of order date can be returned as unwanted within 14 days of purchase. Damaged/ Faulty Goods: It is the Buyers responsibility to examine the packaging and Goods very carefully for any damage, immediately upon collection or receipt from a third party carrier. If there is any damage at all, for example, packaging shows signs of being torn or squashed, the Buyer must notify the Supplier by email on the day it collects the Goods or receives them from the third party carrier. In addition, where the Buyer is signing to collect a package that appears damaged in any way then the Buyer must sign and write Collected Damaged. The Buyer must retain the original packaging. We ask that this be retained in good condition. Without the original packaging the Supplier may be unable to deal with the Buyers complaint. If the Supplier agrees to replace the product then they will make arrangements with the Buyer to collect/ receive the damaged or otherwise defective Goods from the Buyer and replace them. Bespoke Items: Please note bespoke orders subject to a 4-6 week lead time are non-refundable with the exception to damaged items not caused by buyer.
